Dietary Services Manager - Jonesboro, AR


Director of Dietary Services: Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietician, full time.

Lexington Place Healthcare seeks an experienced CDM or Registered Dietician to oversee all nutritional services for 138 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Lexington Place Healthcare is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is heavily focused on customer service and providing high quality care to our residents. In our food service department we desire to not only address nutritional needs but deliver outstanding food in table cloth and linen dining fashion.

Candidates should possess:

  • experience in a long term health care setting
  • solid communication and organizational skills
  • be proficient in Long Term Care rules and regulations for nutritional and food service
  • capable of managing a food service budget and managing a team of dietary staff
  • good computer skills and organizational skills are expected
  • current certification or AR license
