Also, Leading Manufacturing / Operations Company served the Egyptian Railways market through delivering Engineering, Power Supply, Construction, Maintenance and Trainings of Signaling, Centralized Control, and Infrastructure of railway projects such as, Giza-Beni Suef, Beni Suef-Assuit, and Cairo-Alexandria lines. More about Leading Manufacturing / Operations Company www.Leading Manufacturing / Operations Company.com Network & Links: Head of Departments, and functions managers Regional HR focal points Liaise with other Support Functions (Finance, Business Development,…etc) OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Act as a partner with different business units to address their HR needs Handle employees HR requests and inquiries Support all HR processes within the company RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring safe working environment as per local rules and regulations Managing the Manpower planning/budget of different projects in co-ordination with the Project Managers and the hiring managers Managing internal and external recruitment process for different positions Supporting the development of all employees in the Country (gap analysis, identification of key development actions, development plan implementation) Managing the Recruitment activities for the Function/Region in coordination with the Local/Regional recruitment Centre of Expertise whilst promoting internal mobility Assisting the HR director in the People Management Cycle for the country Assisting the HR Director in drafting Policies and Procedures and implementing those policies Ensuring HR policy (Corporate, Sector, Business, Country, local) and processes are implemented Managing the employer branding through participating in the employment fairs and manage the relationships with the universities Responsible for preparing and delivering full induction program for new comers Participate in assigned HR projects Qualifications & Skills: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; Post-graduate study in HR is an asset BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Efficiency and Effectiveness Oriented Business Oriented and Minded Leadership, initiative and decision minded Innovative and Problem solver Communication skills. Manage risks Clear reporting, and anticipation TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE At least 10 years experience in HR field, preferable in large engineering companies Familiar and knowledgeable with Egyptian labor law Previous experience in recruitment and manpower planning Familiar with working in Matrix Organizations
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of Arabic and English (written/spoken). Candidates with also French language will be given the priority
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • IT Skills: Knowledgeable in all standard office tools
